Request for cancellation of confirmed order can be made up to 24 hrs prior to the delivery date. Cancellation request must be made by the Email from which the order is placed. You can send cancellation request to admin@gingerbread.co.in
The refunds will be made to the customer and initiated through our payment gateway provider to the same credit/debit card account. it may take between 7 to 10 working days. There will be a standard 2% deductions as the payment gateway providers service fee.
